Your Role:

· Administer medications within scope of practic

· Monitor and record residents’ vital signs and clinical observations

· Provide high-quality, person-centred care

· Assist with wound care and other clinical procedures as directed by the RN

· Document care accurately, including progress notes and medication charts

· Follow infection control procedures and aged care standards

· Work collaboratively with the care team and participate in handovers



What You'll Need:



· Valid AHPRA

· Minimum 6 months’ experience in RAC as EEN

· Current Australian Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening

· Full working rights in Australia

· COVID-19 + flu vaccinations
